We are an independent, non-profit neighborhood volunteer organization and are committed to equity in all operations. Any resident, business owner, employee, property owner or member of an existing neighborhood group within the Central District Council area can join our Neighborhood Council.

Tacoma’s Neighborhood Council Program was started in 1992.
